Back to School 2012

How is it that, at the "ripe old age of 30," I am still going back to school? For someone who always hated being in school, it's ironic that I now work in one. However, since I'm already at school all the time, I no longer feel any anxiety about going back to school. I'm fortunate to say that I receive educational benefits as a U of C staff member and, after working on it off and on over the last decade, I am now more than halfway done my degree.

After the spending the past four months relaxing and enjoying much spare time, I will have classes once again beginning tomorrow. It's been a great summer and some of its highlights include:

• Vacation in Montréal with Pam
• Magic Mike x 2
• 2-week staycation with my hubby-to-be
• Several mountain bike wipeouts
• Several funny stories
• Lovely visit in Golden with the Wilsons
• 2 cousins had babies
• Attended 2 wonderful weddings
• New job
• New car

 It's been a great summer and here's to a great fall!
